• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription and Payments

Our payment terms include:

• In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscription fees are charged according to your chosen plan
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

4. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial use
• Download one copy of the mobile application
• Access course materials included in your subscription

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials beyond normal app usage
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer materials or account access to third parties

All content, features, and functionality are owned by AppSec Pathway and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
